VOF Board meeting 1/17/08

Meeting Date: Jan 17 2008 Villages of Fireside Board Members in attendance; John Anderson, Mike Hilt, Jennifer Mims, Ewald Weber, Diane Branaugh, and Jeannie McDonald. 7:00 Mike Hilt made a motion to open the meeting which was seconded by Ewald Weber. Mike Hilt made a motion to approve Dec. meeting minutes which was seconded by Diane. An amendment was put into records by John Anderson that the board voted 7-0 to accept the 2007/2008 budget which was seconded by Diane. Ewald gave an update on the road project, drainage to start next week on the Peppertree drainage project. Timeline soon for completion depending on the weather. If anyones driveway has holes ILP will fill in the holes so homeowners can access their homes. Ewald gave ARC update/ no requests at this time. John A. started info for the bids for an updated camera system, notice to be posted. Unanimous vote for ADT, approval is conditional upon 100% satisfaction of a successful demo. Mike Hilt made a motion to accept Rinehardt bid for regarding and refurbishing the Chimney Drive easement for $12,500 which was approved by Diane. Vote passed 7-0 by the board. John A. made a motion to send a personal invite to Clay County commissioner Harold Rutledge to attend the next board meeting and answer homeowners questions. Diane Branaugh volunteered to type the letter. Motion seconded by Diane Branaugh. John A. made a motion to close board business, which was seconded by Jennifer Mims. Board business closed at 8:10 p.m. |
